Michael,

    If the application doesn't provide a config, which is loads on boot.
Then the best thing to do would be to add to your /etc/rc.d/rc.local. This
will then run whatever commands are in there on boot.

mii-tool -F 100baseTx-FD

Someone else might have something slicker. Good Luck!
