SMTP Relay Return ...

Can all of the different relays on the internet actually convert back as a
reply because of what's in the mail header. Or ... does the email
successfully get back to the linux account because of something that is
setup in the sendmail.cf file?
I have successfully sent from a 192.168 machine thru a wireless router and
to an outside address as the domain that I purchased. But, when I reply to
this mail, I get an error that ...
