If a server is relaying mail for a domain, it must be
setup to do so.

This bit tells us the server.

and this bit tells us that the above server will not
relay to the domain below.

The smtp-out server above must be setup to not only
allow the relaying but to reverse-map the address to
your domain so it is delivered to a relevant account
(which has access to pickup the mail for
piratepete piratepetesoftware com).

Depending on the MTA being used, this could be a
straight forward or complex procedure. The comcast.net
people will know.
