Is it possible to install boot loader after the installation?

I have been trying to slove that name server problem without
success. Thanks to all who offer to help. Aa the last
resort, I reinstalled RH9. 

Anyway, I reinstalled RH9 but I did not install a boot
loader. So I boot from floppy disk. Is there a way I could
just install the boot loader so that I don't have to boot
from a disk?
