Not Mozilla mail. 

Any browser on any workstation can be used. The two I have used are Mozilla
1.3 and IE 5.5. The browser is used to read an email message using Open
Webmail (a web based email reader) installed on the server. Open Webmail
creates the html code to display the message for whatever browser is being
used. Open Webmail is installed on a Linux 9 box running Apache 2.

The same message being read via Open Webmail formats cleanly with IE 5.5 and
does not with Mozilla 1.3.
