Intel Create & Share Web Camera

Has anyone had any luck setting up this camera. The Redhat site was pretty
useless. I was able to find this link:

It looks to be some sort of driver or kernel patch. I have know clue on how to
proceed from here.

Anyone that can provide me some guidance would be greatly appreciated.
