try it from bit torrent, at http://bitconjurer.org/BitTorrent/rh9.html  
people on the shrike list (rh 9) have had good luck getting it from 
there and decents speeds too.   The only "downside" is that other people 
are downloading it from you as you're downloading it from them.  (if you 
consider that a downside) it's based on the napster priciple (peer to 
peer) but it only lets them get rh 9 from you.
