Hi, 
I have installed dvgrab and kino, but when i'm trying to grab an AVI
file from my camcoder, i get msg like

$ dvgrab prova.avi
raw1394 - couldn't get handle: Permission denied
This error usually means that the ieee1394 driver is not loaded or that
/dev/raw1394 does not exist.

how can state if ieee1394 driver is loaded and if it is not, how can i
load and configure to get both dvgrab and kino working?
