This often happens when your reverse DNS (xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx ->
host.domain.com) is not working appropriately. There may be the cause of
your problem.

Can you post more information about this (particularly about your DNS
settings)? It's hard to help you if there is not enough information in
your posted question.
