rawhide, Mozilla and font size

Is this the right place to report bugs etc for rawhide?

The latest Mozilla (1.2.1-20), and maybe previous as well, use a tiny font
size for the various system messages - 6 pixels high c/f my terminal etc
that is 9 pixels high (letter E).  No where can I find a control for this.

Versions from mozilla.org (up to 1.3a) use the 9 pixel system font.
