RE: 2.4-18-24.7 kernel panic

I answered my own question.  I simply failed to load the correct driver
for the raid card.  I added "alias scsi_hostadapter1 ips" to
/etc/modules.conf and the kernel booted just fine.

Sorry to bother you all.  I think I need a long vacation.
