"could not look up internet address"

I have recently installed RedHat 8 on my AMD based pc,
and everytime I start it up, I get the following
message:
----------------
Could not look up internet address for dhcp-223-4.
This will prevent GNOME from operating correctly. It
may be possible to correct the problem by adding
dhcp-223-4 to the file /etc/hosts
----------------
What is this about? Is it because its connecting
through a cable modem? What should I put in the
/etc/hosts file? Simply one line - "dhcp-223-4"?
