full window dragging...

This is probably a dumb question but I couldn't find this setting in any 
of the preferences...

I have redhat 8 with GNOME using all the default bluecurve stuff.  
Anyway, how do I disable the full-window dragging?  I would perfer if 
when I clicked a window and dragged it around it would just use an 
outline of the window.
