Boss !

The Issue is that ur RPM did not got install properly, preferably the RPM needs certain dependent packages while installation which where not supplied or it did not locate those.

To locate whether an RPM is installed or not

rpm -qi packagename

To manually install a packages command is

rpm -ivh --force packagename (which u wanna install)
