rpm -Uvh *.rpm should do it. Don't use --nodeps unless you really know what 
you're doing, because it will ignore all dependancy problem. 

If rpm -Uvh gives you dependency error, than you need to resolve that. 
Otherwise, likely you'll break something (if you're forcing it using 
--nodeps).
