redhat-rawhide or redhat-devel lists ?

Hello, 

I was wondering wether I didn't find the rawhide/devel mailing lists or
they didn't exist at all ?

I've been used to the cooker/devel stuff at Mandrake, the sid/devel
stuff with Debian, but didn't found a similar one with Redhat : does it
exist ? If not ... why not ?
