Ok, I found it !
But I don't understand.
The problem was that I was looking at the ifcfg-eth scripts in
/etc/sysconfig/network-script/
But the ifcfg-eth script that the service read are in
/etc/sysconfig/networking/device/
I've changed this ones and now it's working, but why placing the scripts
in two places ?
