kcontrol: missing modules

Hello,

I am missing the module kcmfontinst in the system section of my kcontrol.
If I run kcmshell kcmfontinst, I can install fonts. But it does not 
appear in kcontrol.
Neither as normal user nor as root.

What do I have to change, to see the kcmfontinst?
