I just installed Redhat 8 on this cheap old Dell webPC which doesn't
have any PS/2 ports for hooking up a keyboard and mouse. You can only
connect a keyboard and mouse through USB. The keyboard works fine
through the BIOS's USB Legacy, which lets me type to a fake PS/2 port.
However, as soon as it says, during startup, Initializing USB Keyboard,
the num lock light turns off and I can't type anymore. It will even do
this even if the keyboard is not plugged in during startup. Is there
any way to keep it from doing that?
