Only problem is there are no sound modules in there:
alias parport_lowlevel parport_pc
alias eth0 eepro100
alias scsi_hostadapter aic7xxx
alias usb-controller usb-uhci
alias scsi_hostadapter1 aha1542
I've done a google search and many people have this
problem, but I can't find a solution for it.
I remember from years ago you can turn off modules
within modules.conf, something like:
alias sound-service-0-0 off
???
Not sure why it thinks I have a soundcard in this
server, it never had nor will have one, but RH8 seems
to look for one.
Michael.
