You can actually learn a lot by looking at the available SRPMs. I
believe that AS 2.1 is close to functionally identical to 7.2 ( I can't
remember for sure). Grab a SRPM directory from 7.3 and AS2.1 and then
compare the two.

It's not downloaded but there is a developer edition available. There
are also eval versions available if you contact Red Hat directly, but
you won't have RHN access from those (custom channels that you need a
key to access). I'm sure you can get all you need from the SRPMs and
online docs though. You'll notice that if select the Red Hat Enterprise
Linux documents and hover over most of the guides they're the 7.2
manuals.
