Samba Permissions - RESOLVED (sort of)

Not to the level of perfection that I would like, but workable for now.
Since this is a private network with only my wife and I using it, I'm not
all that worried about security (except from outside our network, of
course).
By removing the line
Valid users = %S
from the [homes] section of smb.conf, I was able to set it up so that we can
browse to our home directories without Windows popping up a login box for
"Guest".
This has worked for now so that I can read and write files whether I'm going
in to my share from Linux or Windows. I'd like to implement a more secure
solution at some point, but this works for now.
