1) That sounds a lot more confrontational than I intended. I can only 
offer that I'm in a miserable mood, as I'm sufferring from a hellacious 
sinus infection. Sorry. :-/

2) I'll be the first to admit I may have screwed something up. I'll try 
apt/synaptic again, sometime.
