RH9 Fetchmail problem: 553 5.3.0 RELAY

Hello,

I installed RH 9. I was using RH 7.3 successfull for a long time. 
I have cyrus imapd running, sendmail, and fetchmail, that sorts all external
account into the cyrus mailboxes.

But now, I can´t get any external mail anymore:

Fetchmail complains:
fetchmail: SMTP> EHLO localhost
fetchmail: SMTP< 250-schnuck.az.local Hello localhost [127.0.0.1], pleased
to meet you
fetchmail: SMTP< 250 ENHANCEDSTATUSCODES
fetchmail: SMTP> MAIL FROM:<cornelius koelbel gmx de>
fetchmail: SMTP< 553 5.3.0 RELAY
fetchmail: SMTP-Fehler: 553 5.3.0 RELAY
fetchmail: SMTP> RSET
fetchmail: SMTP< 250 2.0.0 Reset state
fetchmail:  geflusht
fetchmail: POP3> DELE 1

So what is the thing with the 553, why does an smtp-error occur?

My maillog also says:
sendmail[23693]: ruleset=check_relay, arg1=localhost, arg2=127.0.0.1,
relay=localhost [127.0.0.1], reject=553 5.3.0 RELAY

Why is fetchmail rejected to deliver locally with sendmail????

My /etc/mail/access says:
localhost.localdomain           RELAY
localhost                       RELAY
127.0.0.1                       RELAY
