quota problem on RedHat 7.3 after upgrade

Hello:
 I recently upgraded the kernel on a RedHat 7.3 and I found that the 
quotas stopped working. It seems that two days ago someone reported the 
same problem (and I missed it).
 Does anyone know what could be happening? Is there any way to know if 
the kernel has the quota support turned on?
