Try http://ftp.ist.utl.pt/pub/redhat/8.0/images/ for example or http://ftp.redhat.com/pub/redhat/linux/8.0/en/os/i386/images/
But... all boot diskette images are located in the images/ directory on the first ISO (the first installation CD-ROM). The bootdisk.img file works for most situations. If you are performing a network installation, you will also need the drvnet.img file. If your PC is a laptop you will also need to use the pcmciadd.img file for PCMCIA support. If the machine has SCSI hard drives or other block devices not supported by the bootdisk.img, the drvblock.img file will also be necessary. You can use PXE server also...
