They do support the Windows platform. I can only think that the issue
would
be with the password and user authentication. Am I
missing something?
When they say they don't "support" it, that means if you call and ask
for help, they'll say, "We can't help you." It doesn't mean you can't
connect; it just means you're on your own for figuring it out. Unless
they're using unusual software, connecting via Linux should be possible.
