adding okiibm.ppd to ES 3.0

I need to install the okiibm.ppd into an existing
redhat 3.0 ES systems using cups.

I have tried looking on the linux-printing.org but
it doesn't seem to apply to redhat very well.

Has anyone tried something like this and have a "how-to"?

I am trying to get an okiidata printer set up and the omni(*) driver
