In the dmesg I see:

	md: considering hda7 ...

        md:   adding hdc7 ...
        md: created md4
        md: bind<hdc7,1>
        md: bind<hda7,2>
        md: running: <hda7><hdc7>
	md: hda7's event counter: 00000002
	md: hdc7's event counter: 00000002
	md: personality 2 is not loaded!
	md :do_md_run() returned -22
	md: md4 stopped.

I searched for these error messages on google and don't see
and helpful hints...
