Web Hosting -- help please

Hello Dear

IN my DNS can I make entry of other domain and that
has also his name server but they want to host(www)
site at my end 
we have some free IPS and proving to them 
but Im confusing here to is required CNAME record or
DNS enrty for my IP in his DNS
