where to start with sharing dialup?

Hi all.

I just got stupid dialup (can't afford DSL at the moment!!) and I want
to have my linux box be able to reach the internet. How is this possible
and where should I start looking?

Right now the dialup connection is being made through my windows box
with a winmodem.

I'm using win2k pro and RH 9.
