Modem INTEL (PCTEL)

Hi all:

I have in my notebook Dell Latitude C510/C610 the RedHat 9.0 and I have
problem to use the Modem, the problem is:

- I call for my provide (I stayed in KDE) the modem is call, my
provideanswer but my modem not respond the answer.

Another test I stayed in console mode and X down the connection is good.

Please help-me to resolve this.
