Organizing the sendmail maillog

Hi,

I have my HTTPD server setup so that it keeps two log files for each 
site I host, one for errors, and another for access.

I am wondering what (if any) kind of options I have for organizing the 
sendmail logging. Ideally I would like to have files broken down as follows:

Two files per user:
   Incoming
   Outgoing

Unknown Users/Errors


Is this possible at all?
