Paging Problems

Hi,

I have a system running RedHat 8.0 and have noticed that it frequently
pages on a daily basis.  I was wondering if anyone had any ideas as to
what I can use to determine the cause of this paging?  Has anyone
experienced anything similar or offer suggestions to my problem?
