Config Channels in Satellite Server?

I'm evaluating Satellite server right now, and I've created a new config
channel, with a test file.. I'm trying to push this file out to my test
clients. The path I'm following to try and do this is :

1. Click System Groups
2. Check Group_name
3. Click Use groups
4. Click Channels
5. Click Config Channels


At this point I still see "No systems." at the bottom, so it's not finding
the systems in the group I'm clicking on in step 2.

Any thoughts as to what I'm doing wrong here?
