help for uClinux

Hi,  

Can anybody tell me how to patch uClinux-2.4.19-uc2.diff.gz to uClinux-dist-20020927.tar.gz.
I have tried with the command "patch -p1 < uClinux-2.4.19-uc2.diff"
under the directory uClinux-dist,it shows me the following output

Output:

can't find file to patch at input line 5
Perhaps you used the wrong -p or --strip option?
