Purchase Redhat Laptop

I'm curious if anyone knows of any good places where I could purchase a laptop that has RHEL pre-installed.  A lot of the bigger companies like Dell, HP, and IBM sell Linux servers but are not in the market for selling home machines with Linux installed and I don't want to have to pay for Windows XP if I don't have too.

I called Dell a few days ago and asked the sales person if I could purchase a laptop with RHEL on it or if I could buy a computer without an OS.  She told me no for both questions after she told me that she had never had that question asked before.  I know Dell and Redhat have a partnership for their servers but I don't understand why they won't sell something that customers want.

Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.
