I thought it was well known that when Microsoft sells Windows to a Computer OEM that said company is also not allowed to sell the same computers with no OS or with a different OS.
I've often asked DELL for a Desktop computer with no OS or with Linux on it. They do in the USA but not it seems in the UK.
