Thanks for reverting on this query.

While booted from the RH Cd 2.4.20 (kernal) the message appears stating that
it could not find any storage device/Harddisk on the machine.

I am able to install Fedora or Kernal 2.40.22 and above but i am keen to
know the way out with 2.4.20 kernal and earlier.
