Gurus,

I like to set up a machine with linux server loaded.

This I want to use for webserver and email server.

The important thing is I like to have another machine with same
configuration and make both as a sort of cluster so that if one fails
another will come up automatically.

so that web and mail services never fails.

Please guide me how can I implement it.
software requirements,etc..also
