place for devallocator.  Anyone wanting to add detail is welcome to try 
to help the process of getting it into Fedora Extras.
initscripts still not updated but it is in CVS
We have been told shadow-utils will be updated with mount namespace 
patch, although it has not happened yet.
Working with Michael of policy fixes.
