[redhat-lspp] lspp 38 kernel released

Hi,

The lspp.38 kernel has been published to the lspp yum repo at: 
http://people.redhat.com/sgrubb/files/lspp

The changes are:

- Switched to the new netlink patch from Darrel

- Updated and enabled netlabel patch from Paul

Please let me know if there any problems with this kernel.
