You shouldn't do that manually: use the JPackage nosrc.rpm's RPMs for
Sun JDK (www.jpackage.org), build the binary RPMs out of that and
install them, and then use the "alternatives" system to make Sun JDK
the default.

This probably means that Tomcat is still using GNU Java.
