Hi Robert,
I use "package-cleanup --orphans" from the package yum-utils.
Disable one repo and this command shows you the packages from this one.
For disabling a repo you have to set enabled=0
in /etc/yum.repos.d/*.repo, because there is no command line option.
package-cleanup: error: no such option: --disablerepo
usage: package-cleanup [options]
--orphans List installed packages which are not
available from currenly configured repositories.
