No ext3/htree in Severn ?

A quick look at Severn indicates that ext3/htree patches and ACL patches
are not included in the kernel.src.rpm. It would be nice to have
filesystem support for large directories available out of the box for RH
Linux (ext3/htree or XFS). 

I thought the ext3/htree backport of 2.4 was quite stable
