ok, after getting past that, i noticed briefly that the kernel recognized
had, and shortly after that, i had a kernel panic, with the last few
traceback routines being:
idedisk_setup
idedisk_attach
ata_attach
ide_register_drives
idedisk_init
i'm not aware of any way to take a screenshot of a kernel panic.
again (sigh), any advice? should i forward the relevant part of
my .config?
