RFE= Requested Feature Enhancement.
GOTO https://bugzilla.redhat.com/bugzilla/
1) Select "new bug"
2) Follow the instructions, and do as if entering a new bug.
EXCEPT
3) In the selection "Severity" drop down the menu and
select "Requested feature or enhancement".
