Up2date Broken?

I am trying to get current with all the new packages
(just installed Severn).  Unfortunately, this is one
problem I don't know how to fix.  Yes I have the
newest: up2date-3.9.28-2 and sg

when trying to run up2date I get:

    from up2date_client import up2dateAuth
  File "up2dateAuth.py", line 5, in ?
  File "rpcServer.py", line 15, in ?
  File "/usr/lib/python2.2/socket.py", line 41, in ?
    from _socket import *
ImportError: /lib/libssl.so.4: undefined symbol:
krb5_cc_get_principal

Bug or my incompetence?
