Fedora availability via CheapBytes etc.

Just wondering, now that the RH name is gone from the new Fedora, and as 
the distro will be an essentially free product, will it be available 
under its real name, Fedora, from places like CheapBytes, which at 
present cannot sell Red Hat Linux disks under that name, and thus use 
goofbally names like "Pink Tie" or "Blue Jacket"? Or will the same EULA 
rules apply meaning that they will be selling "Floppy Stetson" disks?
