In the new spirit of openness, I'll announce that right now we are
letting mirrors sync, and the floodgates will open at 2PM EDT,
which is 1800UTC, today.  A few hours later than we had hoped
when we created the schedule, but at least on the same day.
It will be posted to this mailing list.  http://fedora.redhat.com/
should have some new content about that time as well.
